Contract Graphic Designer

The Contract Graphic Designer is a part time contract position of 15-20 hours a week. You will be working closely with me on client projects, which will include branding, website design, social media creation, illustration, project mockups, and print projects.

The joy of brand design is that we get to touch every facet of a client’s business to help them to show up consistently to their clients and grow their business!

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of design experience out of school, but am open to a senior in college.

What you will be doing:

  • Contributing to client projects with original designs or helping review, edit and format designs - this will be the primary task list and is full of variety

  • Contributing to social media marketing which will include creating graphics and templates and hashtag research

  • Sourcing fonts and photography for client projects

  • Sourcing inspiration for moodboards and building boards

  • Researching industry and market for client projects

What I’m looking for:

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Indesign (Photoshop is a plus)

  • Skills in typography, color and layout

  • Desire to learn and grow

  • Curiosity about working with clients, the design process and managing priorities

  • Thorough communicator

  • Available to work remote

Time Commitment:
15-20 hours a week - flexible with classes, work and other responsibilities. Will work with you on creating your weekly schedule. Payment is $18-20/hour depending on experience.
