Executive Jet Professionals Logo Design

Sometimes, as creatives we get stuck in a specific style, and then a project comes along that completely challenges that style and causes us to grow. Britney from EJP was my style-challenging project.

Britney came to me with a solid idea, a business plan, and great goals. One was that she wanted a professionally designed logo that would speak to her target market, which were high-class professional men in corporate companies. (Basically, my target audience was James Bond...um, hello!) ( ;

EJP stands for Executive Jet Professionals, which with Britney as the mastermind, they would serve aviation departments with corporate aviation training in the areas of safety and service.

Executive Jet Professionals provide customizable options to today's flight departments so that they can continue to shine in their unique ways while maintaining the upmost standards of safety, CRM and service.

EJP's Brand Style words were: Professional, high-end, sleek, future thinking, quality, and masculine. I went in knowing that we would need straight lines, sleek typography. It would need to look minimal, streamlined and abstract, using Tesla, Barney's New York and luxury watch brands as our inspiration.

After exploring options with actual planes in them, we created an abstract version of the tail fin of the gulf stream jets, and voila! It was exactly what we were looking for! The brand colors are black, white and gold.
